Weekly House Cleaning and Lawn care

·        While you are on vacation, rest assured that your living quarters are kept clean. A pre-scheduled weekly visit from the cleaning service will keep all rooms clean and make up beds. (You will be responsible for your own laundry.

 

·        The lawn will be mowed on a pre-scheduled weekly basis.

 

Property Managers

·        Upon your arrival, the property manager will meet you and give the keys to the house and an orientation of the property. They will show you how to work certain appliances, if necessary, and provide you a list of emergency contact numbers. The service will be available to you in the event of a major emergency (e.g. fire, flood, theft). Property managers will touch base with you during your stay to make sure everything is going smoothly.
